Creating and Updating Parts In Evolv

1. Click on Parts
2. Click on Create new Part
3. Populate the Part Details
Enter the part code, description, and bin location. You can also mark it as a non-physical service item and set the unit of measurement.
4. Edit the Units in Stock as well as your low stock alert
5. Populate the Cost Price
6. Click on Add % to apply a markup to your cost price in order to calculate your selling price.
7. Choose your desired markup percentage
8. Click on Apply
9. Click on Save

10. Click on View
11. Click on Edit details
12. Make the neccesary changes
13. Click on Save
ℹ️ Parts Information
14. View the Part Stock Trail
This will display the movement of the item — from the time it was created, including each sale (when it’s invoiced), each purchase, and the resulting stock balance after every transaction.
15. View the Part Sales Details
