ServiceMyCar is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with accredited workshops. Customers submit a quote request for the services they need, and these requests appear on your Leads page. From there, you can view the customer’s requirements, create and submit a quote, and if the customer accepts your quote, the job will move to the Jobs Booked section for scheduling and completion.
When you select a lead, you’ll see what the customer has requested, but their contact details will only be visible once they accept the quote.
The customer may have selected multiple service dates — you can choose the one that best suits you.
The items required for this lead will be listed, and you’ll need to use them to populate the quote request.
Once you generate the quote, it will be sent to the customer, who will receive 3–5 quotes from accredited workshops in their area. They can choose one or decide not to proceed at all.
The quote request will remain in pending approval status until the customer accepts a quote.
