Navigating ServiceMyCar Leads in Evolv

ServiceMyCar is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with accredited workshops. Customers submit a quote request for the services they need, and these requests appear on your Leads page. From there, you can view the customer’s requirements, create and submit a quote, and if the customer accepts your quote, the job will move to the Jobs Booked section for scheduling and completion.

1. Navigate to the leads app and select the lead

2. View the lead details

When you select a lead, you’ll see what the customer has requested, but their contact details will only be visible once they accept the quote.

3. View the Vehicle details

4. Select the Service date

The customer may have selected multiple service dates — you can choose the one that best suits you.

5. Populate the quote request

The items required for this lead will be listed, and you’ll need to use them to populate the quote request.

6. Click on Generate Quote

Once you generate the quote, it will be sent to the customer, who will receive 3–5 quotes from accredited workshops in their area. They can choose one or decide not to proceed at all.

7. View the pending approval quote

The quote request will remain in pending approval status until the customer accepts a quote.

ℹ️ If the customer accepts the quote, you’ll receive an email notification and the quote request will move to Jobs Booked.

16. Click on Submit Amendment

17. The changes will now be pending the customer’s approval again.

18. View the customer response

In this case the customer declined the amendment
