1. Click on Leads
2. Select the quote request
3. View the Recon Managers Details
4. View the Vehicle details
5. Click on the Dekra or Inspectify Report
6. View the document
7. Select a Service Date
The customer may have selected multiple service dates — you can choose the one that best suits you.
8. View and Populate the requested items
The items required for this lead will be listed, and you’ll need to use them to populate the quote request.
9. View the Admin Fee
An admin fee may apply — R450 excl. for quotes above R3,000 and R250 excl. for quotes below.
10. Click on Generate Quote
Once you generate the quote, it will be sent to the customer, who will receive quotes from accredited workshops in their area. They can choose one or decide not to proceed at all.
11. The Quote will now be in Pending approval
The quote request will remain in pending approval status until the customer accepts a quote.
ℹ️ Once the quote is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, and the job will automatically move to the booked date.
12. Click on the Booked Quote
ℹ️ Once the vehicle arrives on the booking date
13. Click on Check-In Vehicle
ℹ️ Creating an Amendment
14. Click on Other Actions
15. Click on Create Amendment
16. Add any additional items or changes
17. Click on Submit Amendment
The changes will now be pending the customer’s approval again.
18. Click on Create Draft Invoice
19. Click on Create Invoice
20. View the Warning
21. Click on Proceed
ℹ️ Customer Statement
22. Click on Customers
23. Click on View
24. Click on Outstanding Invoices Statement
25. Click on Download Outstanding Invoices
Once the statement is downloaded, it must be sent to WeBuyCars.
