1. Click on "Create New" followed by "Create Quote"
2. For Existing Customers search them
3. For New customers click "Create New Customer"
4. Populate the customers details
5. If it is a Business you can populate the Business Details Field
6. Click on Save
7. Click on Add vehicle
8. Search and Select a vehicle
9. Populate the Vehicle details then Click Submit
10. Select the Vehicle
11. Select a Service Date
12. Click on Add new service category
13. Select your Service category by clicking "Add"
14. Select a second category if you desire
15. Click on Add to quote
16. Click on Add Item
17. Populate the Line item
18. Search parts from your inventory
19. Search and Add your part
20. Populate your quantitys
21. Select a Mechanic
22. Add any Messages to the Customer
23. populate the consumables and discount fields
24. Click on Generate Quote
ℹ️ View the quote — it will appear under the Quotes tab in Pending Approval.
25. Click on Quotes followed by Pending Approval
26. Click on Convert To followed by Booking
27. Accept and Decline the Categorys then Submit
ℹ️ View the Booking — it will appear under the Jobs tab in Booked
28. Click on cell
✅ Attaching a Jobcard to the Booked Job
29. Click on Attach Jobcard
30. Click on Attach
31. Viewing the Jobcard - Click on Open
32. View the Jobcard
✅ Checking in the Vehicle
33. Scroll to the bottom and Click on Check-In Vehicle
34. Click on Check-In
ℹ️ View the In Progress Job — it will appear under the Jobs tab in In Progress
35. View the In Progress Job - Click on the Vehicle
36. Scroll to the bottom and Click on Create Draft Invoice
37. Populate any product codes or select "Ignore Product Codes"
38. Scroll to the bottom and Click on Create Invoice
39. Click on Proceed
