Digital Supplier Request For Quote (RFQ)

Send a purchase order directly to your supplier, they enter their cost prices for the listed items, and you’ll get an instant notification when they respond. Your purchase order is automatically updated with the quoted prices — ready to convert into a bill.
1. Click on Create New
2. Click on Create Purchase Order
3. Select a supplier
4. Select a Due date
5. Click on Add item
6. Fill in the product codes and part descriptions
7. Click on Generate Purchase Order
8. Click on Other Actions
9. Click on Request Pricing
10. Click on Link Jobs
By linking a job, vehicle details like the VIN and engine number will automatically pull through, preventing the need to enter them again.
11. Select a Job
12. Click on Other Actions
13. Click on Request Pricing
14. Populate the supplier notes
15. Click on Submit
16. Click on WhatsApp Supplier
At this stage, you can send the digital purchase order to the supplier via WhatsApp or email
17. Select the supplier number you want to WhatsApp
18. Your Supplier Can See Some Basic Vehicle Info (Not customer info)
At this stage, the supplier will receive a digital purchase order request displaying the vehicle details and the parts you require. They can then enter the pricing for these parts
19. The supplier will then provide the cost prices
20. The supplier will submit the RFQ form
21. The supplier can also attach the quote order
22. Select Supplier Pricing Received
23. Select the Purchase order
24. The PO has now been populated with the supplier's prices
25. Click on Create Bill
